Ushering is such an easy way to support Local Theater, and to see a show for free! Whether it’s collecting tickets or tidying up after the performance, your help is greatly appreciated and rewarded with free admission. Volunteer ushers are a vital part of the theatre’s Front of House operations.
Ushers should arrive wearing black pants and a white shirt and gather near the Ticket Booth for check-in with the House Manager or Head Usher upon arrival at 6:30 pm. Ushers are expected to hand out programs, help seat patrons before the show starts, answer basic questions which patrons have about the theatre, and tidy up after the performance is over. In exchange, ushers can see the performance free of charge! We are excited about our season and hope you will be too.
